How your question is handled
Questions are treated confidentially and are only seen by the imam team. Ask anonymously if you prefer — just leave your name out and use a contact address only if you would like a reply.
- Questions are stored privately and are visible only to the masjid’s authorised team.
- You can ask without giving your name — use the email field only if you would like a reply.
- Answers are general guidance for your situation, not a formal legal or medical opinion.
Urgent or personal matters
For anything urgent — a janazah, a family matter or an emergency — call the masjid office so a person can help you straight away.
